Wedding Reception

It is the beginning of your new life. No two weddings are alike. However, the MUSIC must be presented properly and is the most intricate part of your reception on that special day. With us handling all of the music, announcements and introductions of the bridal parties and family members, all that’s left is focusing on each other.

Imagine A Reception With Ease!
We arrive and setup our equipment two hours prior to your event. As your guest arrives we play welcoming selections during the cocktail and during the serving of hors d’oeuvres. Once the wedding party arrives we’ll make the formal announcements. Then we’ll play your pre-selected song for the Bride and Groom’s first dance. After the cocktail hour ends we’ll announce the serving of dinner and introduces the Officiant who will say the blessing, followed by us introducing the Best Man who will give the toast to the bride and groom. As dinner is being served and eaten we’ll still be playing music for your guest listening pleasure. Afterwards we’ll announce cutting of the cake, the Bride’s dance with her father, and the Grooms dance with his mother. Then we’ll invite the rest of your guest to join in for the prayer of your life union. Toward the end we’ll announce the bouquet and garter tossing followed by the Bride and Groom’s last dance and thank your guest before leaving for your honeymoon destination.
